** Once we have created a mock up of your design we will send to you for approval before production. Due to the editing tools we use there are variations to designs making it unique, we will make several attempts to get it just right for you but if you are not 100% happy a full refund will be given.
Due to the personalised nature of this product, refunds cannot be offered once production has begun. Prior to printing, we will provide you with a preview of the design for your approval to ensure you are completely satisfied with the image and layout. If you are not happy with the preview at this stage, you may request changes or opt for a full refund before production proceeds. However, once you have confirmed approval of the design and production has started, the order is considered final and non-refundable. We encourage all customers to carefully review their preview before providing approval to avoid any issues.
