Most made-to-order items are created within 1 to 3 working days before dispatch.

We offer Royal Mail Tracked 48 0-2kg is £3.65 2-5kg is £7.35 Once your order is dispatched, you will receive confirmation and delivery updates.We also offer local delivery/pickup free of charge.

If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. For personalised items, changes may not be possible once production has started.

We accept returns on non-personalised items within 14 days of delivery. Due to the bespoke nature of personalised items, we cannot offer refunds unless the item is faulty, damaged, or incorrect.
